He spent fourteen years as a player and twelve years as captain of the French national team. In 2018, the team won the World Cup. Few people have a deeper understanding of Tottenham Hotspur than him as the club's long-serving captain, having spent eleven years there. Hugo walks us through the high points and low points of his career for clubs and nation in Earning My Spurs. Throughout his career, Lloris has garnered a great deal of popularity and respect for his on-field acts and accomplishments. For the first time, the turbulent reality of his personal highs and lows is exposed beyond his polished exterior. Hugo Lloris, one of the best goalkeepers in modern history, explains in this gripping autobiography what made him special as a player and why he chose to forge his own path in a shark-infested environment rather than using an agent.
