She was born in Churchtown on November 30th, 1916, and died at the age of 88 in St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands, on May 1st, 2005. She married Jim Quinn (1914-1982) and lived in Jersey. They had six children: Kathleen (1938 - 1942), Margaret, William, James (1942 - 1960), John (1949 - 1950) and Terence. William and Peggy (Margaret) live in Perth, Australia. Terence lives in Peterborough, England.
