Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from www.soccerbooks.co.uk, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

How to Return an Item

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

Exchanges
